The villa is centrally located in the Urbanisation Roca Llisa, a luxury residential development protected by private security service 24h/day, on Ibiza South Coast. Roca Llisa is home to the most spectacular new villas on the island, designed by renowned architects and constructed to the highest standards. It has become a reference community for Mediterranean super homes.
The Golf Club Ibiza is only 1 minute down the road.
There is a lovely beach inside Roca Llisa: Cala Olivera, only 2km away from the property.

The closest village is Jesus ; with many restaurants and all services: supermarkets, dry-cleaners, pharmacy, banks.

Although Roca Llisa is located very close to Ibiza City and its many attractions, the South East Coast (from Roca Llisa direction Santa Eulalia) is the region holding the popular family beach Cala Llonga, and beautiful secluded smaller beaches like Olivera, S´Estanyol or Aguas Blancas Beach clubs worth visiting are Nikki Beach, Babylon Beach or Chiringuito Atzaro in Cala Nova.  We can suggest quality restaurants like Can Curreu, Stella, Chiringuito Blue or CBBC in the marina of Santa Eulalia, or simpler eateries like Can Suldat with live music in Es Canar, or the many lively places in the “restaurant street” in Santa Eulalia, all reached within 7 minutes.

The awesome Amante Beach Blub, set in its private bay, voted the best beach restaurant 3 years in a row only 3 minutes away from Roca lisa.

Wellness:  Santa Eulalia’s 5* hotels Aguas, Me and Bless, and especially Atzaro Agroturismo and Can Curreu offer great spas to spend some relaxing hours. The famous hippy market Las Dalias is reached in 12 minutes. Note that there is a more “local” hippy market in Es Canar and a colorful flea market in Cala Llenya on Sundays mornings.
