ABOUT THE AREA CALA LLONGA

The villa is centrally located close to Ibiza City, on the way to Santa Eulalia a beach-side city on the South coast of the island. It is the second most populated municipality after Ibiza City with 30´500 resident inhabitants. The region shows a variety of beaches, some lovely villages, and little markets, attracting thousands of tourists every season. Santa Eulalia benefits form a mild climate: mild temperatures throughout the year with an average of 17,5C´ at 13h. Maximum 26C´ in August and minimum 11C´in January.   

The city displays a large variety of shops, all health and administrative services, a beach in the city centre, an attractive promenade and a boating marina. Golf enthusiasts will find in Santa Eulalia the only course on the island on the road leading to the beach of Cala Llonga. There are many facilities for water sports, forests and fields for biking or tranquil hiking.
