This villa has been created and developed with great dedication and love over 15 years. It consists of a main house with five bedrooms and several guest houses set in a lush tropical garden in the attractive Cap Martinet neighborhood near Ibiza City. Direct access to the sea!  
THE INTERIOR
The kitchen in the main house is very spacious and fully equipped. There's a separate area with a large cooking island and bar seating to keep an eye on the chef. The living room has a TV and a beautiful fireplace. On the covered part of the terrace, you can enjoy comfortable sofas and a large dining table for 20. The basement houses a music club.

 
EXTERIOR
The hotel offers superb sea views, a swimming pool with water jets and LED lights, sun loungers, two large Bali daybeds, a Jacuzzi, a pool bar, a 3-meter-high white Buddha statue, a music system on the terrace and in the garden, a terrace with barbecue, an outdoor kitchen and dining tables for around 30 people, a garden with hammocks and chill-out facilities. Each guest house has its own lounge.
The large exotic garden includes a magnificent yoga terrace and meditation space for professional group sessions.

This is a rare front-line property with direct access to the sea less than 500m away. 
The house faces south-east, directly across from the Mediterranean Sea, offering total privacy. 
No neighbor has a view of the pool or terraces. This is a serene part of Ibiza, where nature and tranquility reign. There's no audible street noise or air traffic in the vicinity.

ENTERTAINING IN STYLE
The villa offers an exceptional outdoor living experience, day and night. The outdoor terrace area, with its pool bar and sea views, provides the perfect setting for cocktails. The large Yoga Deck tent in the garden can accommodate 10 dining tables or any number of shows. To round off a lively night in Ibiza, step into the grotto-style music club, which seats around 40, with a DJ booth and bar. 
ABOUT THE AREA - CAP MARTINET / JESUS 

The property is located in the center of Cap Martinet, one of the island's most sought-after neighborhoods, just 4 km from Ibiza town. 

The nearest village is Jesus with numerous restaurants, stores and all services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, dry cleaner's, petrol station. 

Cap Martinet is ideally located to benefit from all the services of Ibiza town accessible in 10 minutes' drive, including the excellent Botafoch marina and wide offer of quality restaurants, bars and world-renowned entertainment. Playa d'en Bossa is a 12-minute drive away, with its famous entertainment and beach clubs Nassau, Beachouse and Coco Beach. 

The nearest beach is Talamanca, 1 km or 3 minutes away by car, with a series of charming beach restaurants and the 5* Nobu hotel with its world-class restaurant.

Ibiza's old town has a pleasant atmosphere, and is the perfect place to take a stroll through the port area to the hilltop cathedral. From this vantage point, you have a breathtaking view of the town and, on the other side, of the sea and Formentera.   

In the other direction, from Jesus to Santa Eulalia, the south-east coast offers magnificent little secluded beaches such as S'Estanyol, Aguas Blancas and the impressive Amante Beach Club in its own private bay, voted best beach restaurant three years running. Other beach clubs worth visiting include Nikki Beach, Babylon Beach and Chiringuito Atzaro in Cala Nova. The 5* Aguas, Me and Atzaro Agroturismo hotels in Santa Eulalia offer luxurious spas. The local hippie market Las Dalias is 15 minutes away.
