ABOUT THE AREA – SAN JOSEP
The picturesque village centre San Josep with its typical Ibicenco-style Church has been lovingly preserved. San Josep is the main village on the West side of the Island of Ibiza atop a hill, with valleys rolling down to the sea on 3 sides: towards the South to Cala de Bou, towards the West to Cala Vadella and towards the North to Es Cubells. In San Josep one can find all amenities like restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, etc.  San Josep holds the Municipality offices of the Region, the place to sort out administrative tasks related to properties.

Famous beaches are 10 minute drive away such as; Calabassa with CBBC beach Club, Cala Conte with Sunset Ashram, Cala Jondal with famous beach club Blue Marlin and thee more traditional Tropicana Beach Club, with Restaurants Jondal and Yemanja.
