The property was built around 1200, reformed and equipped in the 16th century with  Renaissance-style windows. The building, classified as a historic monument under the protection of the Ministry of Culture, was completely renovated in long years of passionate work.

Built in the upper and noble part of Dalt Villa 50 meters from the cathedral, adjacent to the Castle. During the renovation in 2005, valuable materials were used in the building, such as all the flooring in the entrance and in the apartment itself made of a very precious “Portuguese pink” marble. All the boiserie is of the famous high quality Melis wood imported from the United States.

The house is in impecable condition, ready to move in. All the electrical and plumbing were done new just 3 years ago in 2020.

UNESCO World Heritage area is in the old town, in the city centre. The old town of Ibiza offers a great atmosphere and is an opportunity for nice strolls in the port area up to the cathedral at the summit of the hill. From that vantage point one the gets amazing views over the city and on the other side to the open sea and Formentera.

Next to the centre of Ibiza, on the side of the walking zone you find the yachting marina, with a wide choice of restaurants, bars and world-famous entertainment like Casino de Ibiza, in addition to night clubs Pacha, Club Chinois and Lio. You can catch great sunsets from the Marina Botafoch.

On the other side of the City is Playa d’en Bossa, 10 minute drive, with its famous entertainment and beach clubs Ushuaïa, Nassau, Beachouse, Tanit and Coco Beach.

MILD CLIMATE IN IBIZA

Ibiza and Formentera are drier and warmer than the rest of the Balearic Islands, presenting a semi-arid climate. The sun exposure of the territory is very high, with about 3,000 hours per year on 320 days. The average annual temperature of the island varies between 16 and 18.5º Yearly rainfall is between 300 and 600 mm.
