The property is very centrally located, close to Ibiza City, in Talamanca Bay, one of the best residential neighbourhoods of Ibiza. Its natural bay is one of the favourite anchorages for yachts. Talamanca is part of the village of Jesus, which has evolved in recent years to become an attractive place with numerous restaurants, shops, and all the necessary services, including supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, dry cleaners, and more.
