The building, comprising 133 flats with a large swimming pool area and a total built surface area of 17,500 m², is located on the seafront, on the Juan Carlos I promenade in Ibiza. Completed in 2002 by CMV Architects, Palma de Mallorca, it represented a considerable advance in the design and quality of residential buildings on the island.
