ABOUT THE AREA – SANTA GERTRUDIS
The property is located close to the trendy village of Santa Gertrudis, in the Centre of the Island. This region has developed over the last years into a comfortable and popular place to live, with lots of quality restaurants and bars around a lovely main street:  the church plaza. Many services are offered:  fruits and supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, post office, deco shops and some fashion boutiques.     

Ibiza Centre - North is the place in Ibiza for a more real living experience, the people being in general in a more relaxed and different state of mind than those in the South and West.  The North offers great nature like the beaches of Portinaxt or Benirras (with great sunsets), the steep cliffs of Puerta del Cielo in Santa Ines and laid-back villages like San Juan. 

Good chill-out restaurants we can recommend in Santa Gertrudis are Zeno´s Pizzeria or Finca La Plaza, and a bit further away Ses Escoles, Nagai, Balafia and La Paloma on the road to San Lorenzo, Elements on Benirras beach, Rebrots in Portinaxt or Shamarkanda in San Juan.   

Shops in Santa Gertrudis have kept a genuine look and feel with decoration boutiques like Es Cucons and a bunch of others in fashion, art gifts and homewares.

Being in the middle of the island, Santa Gertrudis has a large choice of beaches to go! From beautiful secluded smaller beaches like Aguas Blancas, Cala Boix, Cala Llenya, Cala Nova, or Amante Beach.
