ABOUT THE AREA SA CALETA – CALA JONDAL  

The villa is located in Sa Caleta, 2 km from Cala Jondal, an exclusive and centrally located countryside neighbourhood : one of the most famous spot in Ibiza with “Blue Marlin” and restaurant „Casa Jondal“, and one of the favourite day-anchorage for yachts. The area is recognized as a green quality living area, exclusively a housing area featuring only large villas, without any highway industry or companies.

Very convenient travel logistics:
5 min only drive to the Airport.
7 min to Playa d’en Bossa with its attractions like Ushuaïa, Hï Club, Hard Rock Hotel and others.
10 min to Ibiza city with its many shopping opportunities and hotspots like Pacha, Heart and Lio, Ibiza Casino and the yacht port of Marina Botafoch with its top restaurants.

Ibiza South Coast is very lively and busy in the Summer season from May to October. It is bustling with many world-famous entertainment offers open six months per year. Even though, Sa Caltea Cala Jondal remains a calm countryside the whole year through.

A close beach is Playa d´en Bossa, the largest sandy beach of the Island, with its famous entertainment and party strip. There you find Beach clubs like Ushuaïa world-class open-air entertainment with star DJs and great shows, Beachouse, Playa Soleil, Nassau, Coco Beach, Tanit,... Although San Jordi village is only a few Kms away, in the surroundings nothing shows of the hype and excitation happening on the beach.

Another nice beach just around the corner of San Jordi is Salinas with beach clubs like Jockey Club Malibu or Sa Trinxa. The area is great for walking / hiking along the seashore around the natural reserve of "Las Salinas", where inhabitants collect salt since 3000 years. A natural resource which also made Ibiza become a place of economical interest. At the prolongation of Salinas Beach is Es Cavalet Beach, a very beautiful sandy strip of clean sand.
