The property is very centrally located in the area of San Jordi KM4, close to Ibiza City. The region is very well connected to entertainment hot spots, beaches and the airport.

 The closest village is San Jordi only one km away. Then, a bit further at only 5 km, is Ibiza City with all services, many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shopping, pharmacies, banks, post office, petrol stations, dry-cleaners, etc…

 The proximity to Ibiza City and to the yachting Marina Botafoch area, reached in minutes using the 4 lanes highway is an important plus for this property. UNESCO World Heritage Ibiza old town, 10 minutes away from San Jordi.

Ibiza South Coast is very lively and busy in the Summer season from May to October. It is bustling with many world-famous entertainment offers open six months per year. Even though, San Jordi remains a calm village the whole year through.
