Aerothermal: The house has an aerothermal system for underfloor heating. The basic configuration of the aerothermal underfloor heating system consists of the delivery of water at medium temperature (around 40ºC in winter and 16ºC in summer) driven by the aerothermal heat pump through circuits of cross-linked polyethylene pipes.
Insulation: The SATE system improves the thermal inertia of the enclosures by stabilizing the interior temperature of the home and avoiding uncomfortable thermal variations within it. Likewise, it avoids thermal oscillations in the entire enclosures and structure of the building; therefore, it helps to improve their long-term behavior and avoids issues related to the dilations and contractions. The heat, in addition to passing through the facades, is partly absorbed by them, causing an accumulation effect in the enclosure.
