The property is very centrally located close to Ibiza City, in Talamanca, one of the best residential neighbourhoods of Ibiza. Its natural bay is one of the favourite anchorage for yachts. Talamanca is part of the village of Jesus, which evolved in the last years to become an attractive place with many restaurants, shops and all services like supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, dry-cleaner, etc.
