The Kitchen
The kitchen serves a varied selection from traditional Spanish cuisine and Ibizan seafood to Mediterranean and International cuisine, as well as simpler dishes, such as pasta or salads.
Try a starter that is as delicious as it is beautiful, foie on an apple tarte tatin -see picture- or the house speciality sea bass slow-cooked in salt crust with roasted vegetables. Tip: evenings are quieter here, so Tropicana could be your perfect spot for a romantic seaside dinner under the stars before having a drink at the club next door.
