ABOUT THE AREA : IBIZA CENTER-NORTH

The North offers great nature like the beaches of Portinaxt or Benirras (with great sunsets), the steep cliffs of Puerta del Cielo in Santa Ines and laidback
villages like San Juan. Cami de Balafia restaurant in San Lorenzo is a family-run favourite of many locals, slightly set back off the main road. The old hacienda is not the easiest to find, look into the distance from the main road and you will see the sign. It is renowned for its sensational grilled meats and true Ibiza atmosphere. When the weather permits, you can dine under the stars on the outdoor terrace or if inclement weather, there is a dining room inside. Balafia will delight guests with grilled steak and rustic side dishes presented in an established tradition that has lasted more than thirty years. Try the ailoli and bread for starters, the famous tomato salad, then grilled chicken, lamb chops, island
pork and of course, steaks. Meat is served with simply the best fried country potatoes for miles.

The city of Santa Eulalia 10 kms away offers a choice of restaurants, bars and all services: supermarkets, bio shops, pharmacy, banks, post office, petrol stations, dry-cleaners, etc. Santa Eulalia is the administrative center of the region organised around the cityhall in the pedestrian zone. The Yachting marina Santa Eulalia with its entertainment district with many restaurants like CBBC, Chiringuito Blue, El Deseo Mexican, Estel. There are a lot of terraces to enjoy on Santa Eulalia´s sea front promenade. A simpler tasty eatery is Can Suldat in Es Canar with its live music. All of these restaurants are reached within 15 minutes.
